Terms and Conditions of Use

Spicy Nights is only able to sell items to people over18 and living in New Zealand who can either provide their valid New Zealand credit card details or are able to use a New Zealand bank account to make an Internet banking transfer or an over the counter deposit. Items can only be sent after the total has been credited to our bank account.

This usually happens over night, so that we can normally ship items the next working day. Please note we do not ship outside New Zealand.

If your payment is not received within 7 days of ordering we retain the right to cancel your order. Please note that we can deliver to a PO Box address.

Please ensure your unique order number appears on the deposit details as we are unable to ship your goods without it.

All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST (Goods and Service Tax).

We Offer Free Delivery on all orders over $80. 

Should any item you order be out of stock we reserve the right to send you a more expensive item at No extra charge at all.We will advise if this is the case and offer you a selection to choose from.

Please allow 10 Working Days for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to Hygiene/Health reasons with Adult product toys, we are NOT able to refund or exchange an item if you have changed your mind on your purchase, so please choose your item carefully.

NO ITEM CAN BE RETURNED AFTER USE

If your item has a manufacturers fault, we will send your item (if needed) straight to the manufacturers for them to assess and replace/refund where appropriate. One of our Customer services team will be in touch with you for the correct procedure prior to accepting a faulty item back.

Should any Item arrive Damaged will be replace that item for you upon the return of the item to us.

This must be within 14 days of receiving your order.

This same standard also applies to our pricing, so if you happen to see one of our items in stock advertised elsewhere for a lower price we're not only happy to match it, we'll beat it by 10%!

BEST PRICE TERMS

For a Best Price Request, we require the following information:

1. What NZ website did you see this on?
2. What is the product name and brand?
3. Dated screen shot of the relevant product showing the total $NZ price including delivery.

Please contact SPICY NIGHTS customer support by using the Contact from to action this Best Price Request for you. Once your price match product is confirmed, our Customer Services team will process your order for you at the new price.

Best Price guarantee applies to NZ based and operated online adult toy stores only.
Best Price competitor’s sites must be based in NZ and distribute their products from a physical NZ address/location.
A Best Price code can be used for a maximum of (5) identical products.
Best Price deals will only apply to individual products, sold as single items, not combinations of products sold together as a package or gift set.
Best Price does not apply to online 'one day deals', 'daily deals', or auction sites such as EBay/Trade Me etc.
Best Price Items requested do not include other competitor’s promo/gift items they advertise. Unless this is the same promo or gift item we are advertising against the same product.
Products must be In Stock and able to be added to a shopping cart on both our competitor’s site and on SPICY NIGHTS.co.nz.
Product can only be Best Price to the identical brand, size, colour etc.
Monthly discount code or any other promotional code cannot be used on a Best Price Purchase.
Best Price guarantee does not apply to competitor’s products on clearance specials.
For the purpose of Best Price, the price comparison will be between the delivered cost of the product which is the cost of the product plus delivery (if any).

You must provide relevant information to the site/product you are requesting a Best Price against.
No holds on Best Price. Upon request of the Best Price the order will be processed by a SPICY NIGHTS customer service employee within 24 hours of acceptance.
Best Price does not apply to orders already processed and/or complete. Best Price only applies to orders that are yet to be placed with SPICY NIGHTS.
Products must be displayed in NZ currency on competitor’s sites to be eligible.
SPICY NIGHTS may extend, postpone, or cancel this price matching offer at any time and to update the terms and conditions without notice.
SPICY NIGHTS reserves the right to verify the validity of all price matching requests and to disqualify any Best Price requests where false or misleading details have been given by a customer, or a customer has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or in the spirit of the offer.
Participation in this Best Price offer is deemed acceptance of any applicable Terms and Conditions.
